The Consolation of PhilosophyThis project is really divided up into two pieces. First, when I was exporting MPEG-2 video one time I decided to force quit Quicktime I got some gnarly cool images. Second, I made this video for zero bucks one afternoon and needed to share.
The title of the piece comes from the well-known philosophical treatise by the same name, written by Boethius.

The green squares are so nice I have decided to work them in other places on purpose - more on that later. For now, feel free to check out the actual short film. It's probably just self gratuitous nonsense, but I needed to do something with my $120,000 classical education didn't I?
Oh, and the music is by the Faroese singer Malin Zachariasen. You should definitely check her out.
